Life Coaching for Teens
Not all teens need therapy. Many make great progress when they know they have someone in their corner,
someone they can trust with their ideas as well as their insecurities, someone they can bounce ideas off, someone
who can help them set goals and more improtantly achieve them! That's what Supportive Life Coaching is all about.

How is teen coaching conducted?

especially those who have a hard time communicating or expressing their feelings and thoughts
verbally.
