Get Motivated! Achieve Your Goals.
Grow... Discover...Transform
Life coaching is a practice with the aim of helping clients
determine and achieve personal goals. When we work together as a team we can make this happen. Multiple
methods will be used to help you with the process of setting and obtaining goals. Please keep in mind that coaching
is not targeted at psychological illness. I am not a therapist. However by setting goals together,
accountability, behavior modification, hard work, as well as helping you to realize your potential, the
benefits can be substantial. Our focus will be primarily around the present and your future not your
past.
Life coaching has its roots in executive coaching, which itself drew on techniques
developed in management consulting and leadership. My coaching experience has also derived through
this experience. With over 20 years of management experience, 10 of those specifically as a Human
Resources Executive, PHR Certification (Professional in Human Resources), and a teaching degree in social
sciences and elementary education, I know that the safe supportive relationship we will form will prove itself by
your personal growth, self discovery and transformation.
My job is to become your personal advocate, a sounding board and motivator for your
success throughout the process. It is my goal to listen to you, and give honest feedback. By
doing so you will become more focused, self-aware, and feel excited about your future.
I have experience in many areas of coaching. However I have special
interest and/or experience in these: (Teens, Agoraphobia and Panic Attacks, ADD, Relationships, and
Career Changes) This does not mean that we can not work together in other areas. What is important is that we
build a trusting rapport, so that you can achieve your goals. Take the first step. Give me a call for a free
consultation. (20-30 Minutes) Then your first task will be to use your intuition to answer these
questions. Is life coaching for me? If so is this the right coach to help me to reach my personal or business
goals?
